Browns work out Two Punters
Jeff Schudel of The News-Herald is reporting that the Cleveland Browns have worked out free agent punters Kyle Larson and Ryan Plackemeier. Browns punter Dave Zustudil was limited in practice on Friday.
Zustudil is suffering from a right knee injury that has bugged him all season long. Schudel suggests that the injury could be due to the intensity of new head coach Eric Mangini's workout. Last week Jamal Lewis criticized the intensity of the Brown's practices.
Larson played with the Bengals from 2004 to 2008, but he was beat out in training camp this season. Larson set several punting records at Nebraska, and he was a semifinalist in the Ray Guy award.
