James Hardy Gets A New Chance To Prove Himself

Bryan Brackney by Analyst Written on November 11, 2009
The Buffalo Bills have announced that they have activated wide receiver James Hardy from the physically unable to preform list. Hardy, a second round pick in 2008, has only caught nine passes in his short NFL tenure.

To make room for Hardy on the 53-man roster, the Bills waived running back Xavier Oman, who has been serving as the Bills third running back. Hardy has not played football in nine months.

Hardy will compete for snaps with Roscoe Parrish and Steve Johnson, especially with Johnson. Hardy has the same build as Terrell Owens, and the Bills are trying to groom him to replace Owens.
