The spread offense in the big ten does it work? I think so look at Ohio State when Troy Smith was there they went to a national championship. In 2007 Illinois went to the Rose Bowl with the spread offense. Last year Penn State went to the Rose Bowl with the spread offense. I don't get why everybody is saying the spread wont work in the big ten since Michigan is running the spread. You just need the right players for that style of offense. Michigan has there Quarter Back unlike last year it may take a couple of years for Michigan to be ounce again at the top.
