Djokovic Stuns Federer In Basel

World Number 3 Novak Djokovic stunned top seed Roger Federer in front of his home fans to win the ATP 500 tournament in Basle Switzerland.

Djokovic won the 1st set 6-4 but Federer hit back to win the 2nd set by the same score to force the match into a decider.

Djokovic however held his nerve to win the 3rd set 6-2 to earn his 3rd win of the year against Federer and win the Basle title.

The Serb took the tennis world by storm last year when he won the Australian Open to date that is the Serb's only Grand Slam title.

In the Semi Finals he beat Federer on his way to the title, in straight sets 7-5 6-3 7-6. .

Djokovic also beat Federer in the Semi Finals of the Miami Masters 1000 event this year.

If you are a Betting person then you would do well to back Djokovic to win the Masters Cup in 2 weeks time.
