Chambers to make Chiefs debut against Jaguars

JACKSONVILLE, Fla.(AP) — Kansas City Chiefs receiver Chris
Chambers, claimed off waivers Tuesday from San Diego, is active
for Sunday’s game at Jacksonville.

Chambers could play significantly because Bobby Wade, who
started the last two games and is second on the team with 20
receptions, is inactive, and the team released Bobby Engram to
make room for running back Kolby Smith.

The other notable inactive for Kansas City is safety Jon McGraw,
who was doubtful with a thigh injury. DaJuan Morgan will start
in his place.

For Jacksonville, cornerback Rashean Mathis is returning to the
starting lineup after missing a game with a broken index finger
on his left hand. Mathis’ return will move Reggie Nelson back to
safety. Nelson struggled last week at Tennessee in Mathis’ spot.
