The U.C.F Knights have been nothing impressive, Losing games that they should have won and winning games by the skin of their teeth to teams that they should have destroyed (Marshall)

Life after Kevin Smith has not been pretty for the Knights, we all know that Central Florida is a second tear team when it comes to recruits due to Florida, Florida state, Miami and now even South Florida.

The coaching staff has not done anything to make this Knight team improve over the past two season's and losing to#2 Texas and having to meet with #15 Houston on the 14th of this month it does'nt look like the knights will contend for the Conference USA championship once again making it two years with no bowl bid.

How frustrating it is for students, alumni and fans of the Gold and Black, some have suggested the departure of George O'Leary would help but if you really took a step back and looked at it from an outside point of view the Knights will never get a coach of his calibur

On the bright spot next year with a verbal commitment from WR  Cornelius Whitehead and  QB Blake Bortles it should be something George and company to look forward too also  young core of defensive freshmen that were able to start against #2 Texas and hold them to only 14 pts in the first half of that game . It might be the start something for the future..... Go Gold ....Go Black
