Just when you think ESPN is beginning to get a handle on this MMA stuff, it becomes clear that some of their on-air talent simply equate it with over-the-top violence.  soccer player Elisabeth Lambert is, just for the record, obviously not to be trifled with, but just because she punches, elbows, kicks, and pulls the hair of opposing players from the BYU squad, that does not make her an MMA fighter.  It just makes her the kind of girl we’d love to party with.
