Week 9 of the NFL season is upon us and there have been plenty of surprises, but I would say there are still a few more surprises in store for all of us. This time last year, DeAngelo Williams was a decent RB2 and we saw what he did in the 2nd half of last year.

So it begs the question, "Who's going to be the DeAngelo of 2009?"

From a fantasy owner's perspective, for the most part, you can't predict production. But what you can predict are opportunities.

It's all about opportunities. Guys like Brandon Jacobs and Marion Barber will continue to get the opportunities for their respective teams, despite their early-season woes.

Stick with guys like Jacobs and Barber. Matter of fact, I'd stick with every RB1 that under-achieved besides Matt Forte (panic button is within reach). Any one of those guys could be this years Deangelo Williams.

All in all, it's another year of Fantasy Football. The confusion, the panic, the happiness, the thrill of victory. For every Ray Rice there's a Darren McFadden. For every Joe Flacco there's a Trent Edwards. And for every Miles Austin there's a Terell Owens.
