I now noticed, the raiders dont need a QB. JaMarcus is NOT a bust. Why? because I also noticed the raiders have had so many QB's during their 6-year slump and they were all decent or better(EX. Kerry Collins) but somehow never managed success. Same goes for coaches, they had some decent if not great coaches to go along with those QB's. So what makes you think a QB or coach is gonna change anything?
Every QB and coach, or most, before the 6-year slump was great. Now comes the superbowl loss and all of a sudden every great QB & coach that comes to Oakland is horrible. All of a sudden they leave Oakland and are the best! (EX. Kerry Collins, Norv Turner) So Quit bashing Russell and Cable for this. Im sick of seeing articles all over
saying "Russell sucks" & "Cable needs to be replaced!" Do you really think with the media bashing them its gonna make them feel good and play better? You have to motivate people sometimes and theyre not getting much of that.

Hopefully In the next 2 weeks against Kansas City, we will get Schilens, McFadden & Gallery back to add more deoth to the offense. Please Russell, play with some consistency, not throw for 200 yards 2 touchdowns & 0 INT one week and 50 yards 0 touchdowns 2 INT the next week.  Same goes for the rest of the team, who somehow manages to play like a superbowl material team one week. and then like a youth football team the next week. The most importans key to success for the raiders right now is CONSISTENCY & MOTIVATION. Not a QB. Not a coach. CONSISTENCY.
