So did y'all hear that Brett Favre returned to Lambeau Field yesterday?

No?

Well, you must not have turned on your television. As expected, Sunday, Nov. 1 was not All Saints Day, but All Favre Day instead.

To be fair to Favre, however, he delivered for both his team and his legend.

Favre threw four touchdowns in his first appearance in Green Bay since leaving the Packers two years ago. It was one of those magical Favre days, as I predicted it would be on Friday. Hopefully you had Favre in your starting fantasy lineup this weekend.

Despite what the media would have you believe, there was other football yesterday. A few players that will be hot commodities off the waiver wire this week at first glance:

* Ryan Moats, RB, Texans [126-3; 2-25]

* Dustin Keller, TE, Jets [8-76-1]

* Jeremy Maclin, WR, Eagles [4-47-1]

* Vince Young, QB, Titans [125-1; 30]

* Malcolm Floyd, WR, Chargers [2-64]

Here are today's great reads:

* Steve Slaton got the hook early yesterday because of an early fumble, and Ryan Moats cashed in with three touchdowns. He will be the most popular add in fantasy leagues this week. [FanHouse]

* For two-and-a-half quarters, yesterday's game seemed out of reach for the Packers . Then it got really, really interesting. And then the Vikings closed the door. [Shutdown Corner]

* Forget Jaguars versus Titans. It was Maurice Jones-Drew versus Chris Johnson for fantasy supremacy in Nashville yesterday. [ProFootballTalk]

* Revisiting the Larry Johnson situation early this week: What is his future in Kansas City now that he has been suspended? [The Fifth Down]

* Despite his ability to perform well when given the chance, Tashard Choice is buried behind Marion Barber and Felix Jones on the depth chart when both of those backs are healthy. [Bruno Boys]
