When your  a team that is 2-5 not much is expected of you. A lot of teams in the history of the NFL have thrown in the towel with a record as the Raiders had going into the game against the Chargers. All the credit in the world goes to Tom Cable whos job as a coach is to have his players motivated to play football and thats exactly what they did. Now they didnt win which sucks being a fan but they did play hard nose never give up football which is a good sign. Jamarcus played a ok game and ive come to the realization that we really cant judge him until he has a o line that can block and Wr's that catch the ball on a routine basis not to mention a offesnsive cordiantor that plays to his strengths. With that said it would also help Jamarcus to play in a system for more then one year and not having to change from year to year. The Raiders just dont have the talent to be a team that can win more then 5 games this year. The most glaring needs on this team are on both sides of line. The o line is horrible and D line is not far behind (they did play good today though). Besides the lines needing help the defensive backfield is a mess. Outside of Namdi there really is no one that should be starting. Chris Johnson is a nickel corner at best and Routt has no buisness trying to cover anybody. With all the holes in this team right now they played like a pro team today and that me proud to be Raider fan.
