Jeff Hardy was recently charged with drug trafficking and drug possession, which are felonies(obviously) here in the United States.

Hardy had left the company just a few weeks before in order to allow his back injuries to heal. He had also had Restless Leg Syndrome, and had been in negotiations to make a reality TV show.

While Hardy was planning on returning to the company in a couple years, could it happen now?

Myself, i don't see it. Even if Hardy was found innocent, as reported here by Joe Burgett, his felonies have tarnished the image of the WWE and their drug testing program, and i don't see him returning. While they originally said he could have returned any time, i don't think it's possible now.

Hardy also most likely will not be able to progress with his reality TV show, in my opinion.

What do you guys think about this? Could he return?
