Four Places Tony Pike Could Land Next Season

At the end of the year, Tony Pike will be leaving the Cincinnati Bearcats to be in the NFL.
Despite being out the past few games, he still is in the top 20 in the nation in passing efficiency, overall passing and passing yards per game.
He has better numbers than Tim Tebow, and already plays in a "pro-style offense."
So where does he go in the NFL draft next year? Here are four teams where he'd fit in pretty well.
1. Oakland Raiders
Let's face it, the Raiders are horrible. One of the worst passing teams in the NFL this season, they should defiantly be looking for a new quarterback in the draft next year.
Tony Pike could be one of the missing pieces needed to fix the struggling Raiders. He is used to playing around speed-based wide receivers, so throwing to fast wideouts, like Heyward-Bey and Murphy wouldn't be much of a change.
Plus, Pike has played with a good pass-catching tight end so Zach Miller will get some reps.
And then there always is Al Davis, who is known to make a few crazy moves on draft day, and there wouldn't be too many shocked faces if Davis makes a move to pick him up.
2. St. Louis Rams
One of the worst teams every year, they really need some sort of spark on their offense. They also need to have a younger quarterback lead the team to bring in the youthful spark.
Enter Tony Pike. He is an efficient passer, so all he needs is possession receivers to make plays. Avery and Burton could be those players, but they could also use the free agency market to land a big name wide receiver to bolster up that core.
And hey, if that doesn't work out, Pike has been known to run every now and then and create his own plays.
3. Washington Redskins
One of the biggest disappointments this season, this team is beginning to look forward. They also have one of the worst yards per game average and score a disappointing 13.7 points per game on average.
Tony Pike could help in both of these areas. They have talented receivers in Moss, Randle El, and Cooley but they need a passer who is precise enough to thread the needle and get the ball in their hands.
With all the talk about Jim Zorn being the coach or not next season, they may want to figure that out quick so they can decide if they want to change quarterbacks or not.
4. Minnesota Vikings
Let's be honest here, Brett Favre is going to retire again after the season. Tarvaris Jackson and Sage Rosenfels are not going to be able to step up and run this offense.
While they could run it for a little while, both men have their flaws that hold them back from being consistent starters.
If they are looking for another quarterback to throw into the mix, they could draft Tony Pike. He would have a good corps of receivers around him with Harvin and Berrian being the top two of the group.
Both have been having good years with Favre, and if they draft Pike, they are only looking up from here.
