I don't watch the NBA but I try to catch as many Cavaliers games as possible to watch LeBron James. Even in the NBA, James looks like a man among boys.

Just a guess, but there is no one more capable of averaging a quintuple double than LeBron. Yet, his team can't seem to win a title.

Part of the problem may lie with LeBron's dominance. His team appears very reliant on him to score, rebound, pass, defend, and be a team leader.

This comes from his ability to do everything on the court. So what roles do the others on the team play? How do you coach James if he can do everything? Will his teammates let James carry them? Will his team become over-reliant on him?

This are the questions that Cleveland is asking itself after a 0-2 start to the year.Personally, the answers appear to be no role other than to watch, you don't, yes, and yes. Maybe, there is a need for a coaching change.

All really great players that won a lot of championships have had a great coach on the sidelines. MJ, Shaq and Kobe had Phil Jackson. Bill Russell had Red Aurbach. Magic had Pat Riley. Clearly, Mike Brown is not that guy. Mike D' Antoni could be, though.
