Even the Vegas odds makers think the Raiders will get blown out this weekend with a 16 point line. Should the Raiders lay a egg in Sand Diego as they have for the past couple of weeks will Cable be back following the bye ? It was reported that Al Davis had a list of players he was willing to get rid of near the trade deadline. Only problem was nobody wanted any of the players Al had to offer. With Cable though he can just fire him. Cable has shown that he is not head coach material. To his credit Cable is a great line coach and should be kept in that capacity. To go from o line coach to being the puppet of Al and having to call plays has been to much to handle for Cable. I see it going down like this- Jamarcus has another bad first half with a couple int's and a fumble or two with his all star pocket presence. Cable having seen this the whole season benches Jamarcus again which Al will not tolerate. This gives Al the little push and reasoning in his crazy head to justify getting rid of Cable after the Charger game. Who's the next interim puppet on the list ? When the season ends and the head coaching carousel starts up again we will know if Al has changed his ways by who the head coach is.If the next coach is a young nobody then Al hasn't changed a bit. But if Al hires a guy that has experience and is respected throughout the league then there will be light at the end of this horrible tunnel
