The University of Houston football team must be impressing the television executives with their play this season
It was announced today that the Cougars’ game with the University of Central Florida in Orlando on Saturday, November 14 will be broadcast by CBS College Sports.
The game is slated for a 11:00 am CST kickoff.
This announcement marks the 10th time the Cougars will be on TV this fall. This season, the Cougars have played on Fox Sports, ESPN 2, ESPN U, CBS College Sports twice and will play on Comcast Sports Southwest (CSS) for the first time in school history this weekend.
The Cougars also are slated for broadcast on CBS C versus Tulsa on Nov. 7, and CSS against Memphis on Nov. 21 and Rice on CSS.
Houston is 5-0 on TV in 2009.
The No. 15/16 Cougars are 6-1 on the season and 2-1 in Conference USA action heading into this weekend’s home game with Southern Miss (5-3, 3-1 C-USA.) The Knights are 4-3 on the season and 2-2 in league play and square off against Marshall on Sunday night on ESPN.
