Disappointment was full for fans of the Timberwolves last season. The team was terrible, and couldn't find a true leader to help out Big Al Jefferson, and they couldn't establish a good Head Coach in time to even hope for the Playoffs. But the season passed by, and the losses piled up. But this year is different. In my opinion, the Timberwolves look absolutely terrible this season. They traded Mike Miller and Randy Foye to the Wizards for pretty much no-namers, and Kevin Love and Big Al will miss a few games that could determine how things start out for the team. The Draft was full of PG's, taking Ricky Rubio, who babied out and decided to be an idiot and return to Europe. The Wolves also scored Johnny Flynn, and Wayne Ellington. I have no idea how effective these players can be, but I'm thinking we won't see much playtime from Ellington, but Flynn could be key asset down the stretch. The Timberwolves have a new coach at the wheel as well, but we don't know what Kurt Rambis and company can accomplish. Expectations are low, and you should be surprised to see this team even battling for a Wild Card spot. My prediction is that they will finish 21-61.
