John Madden was quick to release a statement about the sideline happenings at the Jets vs. Raiders game, where Mark Sanchez was seen eating a hot dog on camera.

Madden was asked to break what happen down for us.

"Well see here, it goes totally according to plan until the end. He had everything working right, the mustard and ketchup were all over, and the bun just kept the hot dog from getting anywhere until it was all gone. He just could not keep it protected. You know you spend all this time in practice working on protection, and he lets the camera zoom right in there unblocked. That cannot happen and is a result of lack of focus."

Thanks Madden!
