The "Attitude Era" was considered the most exciting, controversial, and unpredictable in the history of the WWE.

The "A-Era" produced some of the greatest to ever grace a WWE ring such as The Rock, Stone Cold, Triple H, Kurt Angle, Chris Jericho, and Kane among others.

Yet, some of these people I'll mention in my slideshow have not been talked about much for their contributions to the "greatest" era of all time.

Chris Jericho

If The Rock wasn't in the WWE at the time Jericho was, Jericho would be Rock.

He was the first Undisputed Champion, multi time Intercontental Champion, Tag Team Champion, among others...

He has had some of the greatest matches and feuds in WWE history, and most of em' took place during the "A-Era".

Jericho, in my opinion, was/is the best talker of his time, and maybe of all time. Not only that, but his in-ring ability, plus the mic skills make Jericho one of the greatest to ever grace a WWE ring...

He is a "unsung hero of the Attitude Era"...

Edge and Christian

These two, especially Edge, were among the most popular superstars of the "A-Era". There is no doubt that E&C were the best tag team in the "A-Era", and their ability to either draw heat or cheering was amazing. No doubt these two are "unsung heroes" of the Attitude Era.

Mick Foley, Mankind

He was as important as The Rock and Stone Cold when it was about the Attitude Era. Foley, Mankind, Dude Love, Cactus Jack, whatever you want to call him, he had some classics during his career( vs. Triple H, Rumble, NWO 00, vs Rock, Rumble 01, etc).

He is a true "hardcore" icon and one of the "unsung heroes of the Attitude Era"...

Mr. McMahon

He is the "Chairman" of the WWE, he's a billionaire, he is Vince McMahon. One of the greatest heels of all time, not only because of his ability to wave his money in our face, but the viciousness he showed to his "moneymakers? Yes, to those like The Rock, Stone Cold, Triple H, Hogan, among others...

He had some of the greatest and most memorable segments with Stone Cold, The Rock, etc.

Mr. McMahon, is a "unsung hero of the Attitude Era".
