To anyone who read my preview of the BYU - TCU game: I'm sorry.

I wrote the article on my website and it was meant to be amusing. It wasn't meant to offend Mormons or Christians—I'm actually a churchgoer myself.

Every Mormon I've met in real life has a sense of humour and doesn't mind any gentle ribbing from me, but I shouldn't have written it on Bleacher Report.

Eventually I got carried away with something that was meant to be funny and it seemed to have annoyed a number of you.

I'll keep it mind next time I preview a BYU - or TCU game.

Oh, and thanks also to the guy who used a ton of British slang in one of his comments: Cheers mate!!

All I can do is ask for your forgiveness and it won't happen again.

Best wishes,

Alex Ferguson
