Akhmet Aliev capped off Fight Nights Global 83 in Moscow with a sensational title-winning spinning wheel kick knockout.

Aliev met undefeated reigning lightweight champion Magomedsaygid Alibekov in the evening's main event.

As the clock ticked away in the third frame, Aliev stepped forward and threw a beautiful spinning wheel kick that connected flush. The right foot landed cleanly and Alibekov was out before he hit the canvas. There was no need to advance to the championship rounds.

Aliev moved his record to 17-4 and claimed a belt in the process.
