Knockouts are a common occurrence in mixed martial arts.

But not like this.

In a ridiculous turn of events, Pawan Goyat went from zero to hero in a matter of seconds with an emphatic KO at Super Fight League's showcase in Mumbai, India.

Dominated by his opponent, Goyat found himself mounted as the clock ticked away in the first round. Out of pure desperation, Goyat was able to explode out and flip the position.

Once on top, Goyat started throwing haymakers from inside the guard. Haymakers that landed flush on the chin of Tiran Thakshala.

Everyone can take a page out of Goyat's book: Never give up. He took the smallest of openings and turned it into a swift, decisive victory.
