GETTING BACK INTO IT
Boston MA- it has been a rollercoaster ride for the beginning of this season not being able to play with the same consistency each and every night. This has caused the team to work harder in practice focusing on the teams all around game. The black and gold finished last season on top of the eastern conference but they are finding out that being number one doesn’t come easy. Along with trouble playing and baring down for a full sixty minutes coaching staff has gone to the drawing board and made some distinct changes Chuck Kobasew was traded to the wild for a 2nd round pick in 2011 draft and with Lucic out 4-6 weeks to recover from surgery on his broken finger GM Peter Chairelle has called up rookie Brad Marcharnd and the young veteran Vladimir Sobotka to try and boost up the offense and goals. The Bruins defense will keep Johnny Boychuck also from providence even with Dennis Wideman returning to practice on Monday. The reason for the extra players on the roster is to get through to the players that space on the bench doesn’t just come to you, you have to earn it. The theme and focus for this team is going to be hard devoted work. When you come into a new season with new players and new lines it will take some time to smooth out all the bumps along the way. With Bruins fans frustrated and confused with how the season has started they too will have to be patient as the team tries to gain back there spot on top of the eastern conference. The Bruins next three games are as follows Nashville on Wednesday night, the first pre winter classic match against the Flyers on Thursday night in Philly and Ottawa Saturday against a very talented and aggressive Senators team. If the bruins can finish out October with a few wins and some confidence in their game then I’m sure the fans and the city of Boston will be able to get back into where they were last season.
