Kobe Bryant donned No. 8 and No. 24 during his 20-year career. He achieved so many accolades with both numbers that the Los Angeles Lakers decided to retire both Monday night.

After winning one scoring title and three championships, the shooting guard switched from No. 8 to No. 24 for the 2006-07 season. He again led the NBA in scoring that season and later claimed two more rings while wearing his new uniform digits.

Which Black Mamba is better? Bleacher Report put each Bryant head-to-head in an NBA 2K simulation to see if the sager No. 24 could defeat the younger No. 8.
