It was 5 years ago tonight that Curt Schilling took the mound at Yankee Stadium for Game 6 of the 2004 ALCS. He went on to pitch 7 innings and earned the win in what will forever be known as The Bloody Sock Game.

Sports illustrated called the Bloody Sock Game “one of the legendary performances of all time.”  After the game, Schilling said.......read more
