NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour Race at Thompson Postponed

(Thompson, CT) The NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour Season Finale at Thompson International Speedway has been postponed. The forecast calls for rain and snow in the New England Region.  The race will be held next weekend. Time Trials will be held on Saturday October 24th while the race will be held on Sunday the 25th. With this rain out, the NEMA Midgets will run their season finale at Thompson next weekend. Randy Cabral out of Plymouth, MA is the defending champion of the series and will look to bring home another championship to Bertrand Motorsports stable. The Bertrand Motorsports team will have two cars on hand next weekend. Former Indy Driver Poncho Cater's son Cole will drive the second car.
