Debut:
As a young kid from North Carolina, Jeff Hardy, along with his brother Matt, grew up preparing themselves for a huge career in the wrestling business. Jeff's debut in WWE was not very eventful, but it was a foot into the door of the biggest wrestling company in the world. Here is a very young Jeff Hardy in the mid nineties debuting against "The Bad Guy" Razor Ramon.

He had a more impressive debut for the company Total Nonstop Action later in his career. Here is a look at that "debut":

Classic Jeff Hardy Matches:
After getting into the WWE, Jeff would have some classic matches through out his tenure. His biggest break came at a No Mercy PPV which he teamed with his brother Matt against Edge and Christian in the first ever Tag Team Ladder Match! Incredible match that resembled a train wreck:

Following some of the greatest tag team matches ever seen, Jeff and Matt would split to attempt to give them their own personal pushes. Here is Jeff's first big push as he attempts to win his first WWE Championship by defeating the legendary Undertaker in a ladder match.

Jeff may not have gotten the job done against the Undertaker, but year's later he would get the job done at Armageddon against Triple H and Edge.

Contributions:
Jeff brought a lot of contributions to the wrestling business. A major being the tag team ladder match, along with his brother Matt. On top of that, they enhanced that match. Along with teams such as the Dudley Boyz and Edge and Christian, the TLC Match was born. TLC= Tables, Ladders, and Chairs. Oh my!

Mic Work:
To be successful in the wrestling industry, one must be talented in the ring, and also bring some entertainment value. Jeff had the in ring work, the look, the creativity, and was short but sweet on the mic. Here is an example:

Funny Segment:
On top of the entertainment values, wrestling has some pretty hilarious moments. Here is a look at one of those moments featuring Jeff:

Tribute Video:
Here is a WWE produced tribute video from the 2008 Royal Rumble as Jeff prepared to meet Randy Orton for the WWE title.

Overall Analysis:
To be successful in WWE, I aforementioned there are four qualities wrestlers must possess. 1- In Ring Ability, 2- A Unique Look, 3- Creativeness, and 4- Entertaining values such as microphone work. Jeff Hardy possesses all of these, some more enhanced then others. His ring ability is incredible. He can base wrestle, but steps his game up to another level. His lack of power is overturned by his ability to fly. Jeff Hardy brought using the top rope to a whole new level. His unique look surely can not be questioned. As you have seen through the various videos, his unique look is ever changing keeping his appearance fresh. An artist and musician, there is also no questioning his creativity in and out of the ring. His entertainment value leaves a little mystery. He can talk in short spurts, and he keeps to that. Humor, intensity, and entertainment can be shown, but Jeff's ultimate performance relies on his different looks via appearance and performance. Jeff Hardy is ultimately, one of a kind!
