Who will win the greatest award in College Football? Tebow, Pike, Harris, McCoy, Clausen or someone else?
We are only in week seven with a lot more time to go but these are my top 5 candidates at the moment. Anything can happen leading up until the presentation in New York City. Most candidates are getting into the thick of their teams schedules which usually means tougher teams and conference games.
777 Yards (Passing) 309 Yards (Rushing)
7 TDs (Passing) 5 TDs (Rushing)
Concussion and all Tebow in my mind is number one for now.
Clausen and Notre Dame lost to Michigan but if they get by a stingy USC defense Clausen is easily number one.
McCoy and Texas struggled against Colorado for 2 quarters but came out swinging in the last two. If McCoy can do good against Oklahoma he will move up.
10 TDs (Passing) 1 TD (Rushing)
Harris needs to step up his game and he could possibly make his way into the top 3
13 TDs (Passing) 2 TDs (Rushing)
Pike is good, actually, he is very good. If Pike can keep up his numbers and Cinci runs the table in the Big East....He might just win the Trophy.
