NORTHBROOK, IL - AUGUST 7: Al Davis, owner of the Oakland Raiders, arrives for an NFL owners meeting on August 7, 2006 in Northbrook, Illinois. On the agenda for the owners is to discuss who will become the next NFL commissioner. (Photo by Scott Boehm/Getty Images)

Word from Jay Glazer is that after the beat down in Houston two weeks ago Al was so mad that he had his people call around the league to let teams know that all players except young talent were available for picking. To be honest i wouldnt mind to see players such as Warren, Kelly, Chris Johnson, Routt, most of the o-line and a number of others to be gone. As we seen with the last game this team has lost all confidence in their head coach and themselves. Once again Al will try to get rid of a player or players like he did last year with D Hall. So since Al has given up on his players i will give up on spending anymore money on going to the games this year. If the owner can throw in the towel then so can I. I will still watch and support my team but my hard earned money wont go to a franchise that has obviously given up on themselves. I cant wait to see the empty seats in the stadium when the Eagles come into town this week. I expect to there to be maybe 30,000 in attendance maybe less. Im sure AL will fudge the numbers but the green seats that i will see empty wont lie. Here we are again as it has been for the last 6 years only 5 weeks into the season and already looking to next year. Some Raider fans on blogs have said that this team will not win again until Al kicks the bucket, well i dont wish death on anybody but asking for the old man to fall and break a hip so the old man cant run this team no more isnt asking for a lot. A bed ridden Al that cant run operations would do wonders for this team. Come on Al take a spill do it for the Raiders. JUST FALL BABY
