How good is Kyle Orton? After coming off arguably the best game of his career in an overtime win vs. the Patriots, one could make a case that Orton is becoming one of the top 10 quarterbacks in the league. Lets look at the numbers.

During the Broncos' Week 5 win over the Patriots the 26-year-old Orton completed 35 of 48 passes for 330 yards and 2 touchdowns. More important than his impressive passing numbers is that Orton lead the Broncos to their 5th win of the season in as many weeks. Winning isn't anything new to Orton. In his career as a starter, he has a record of 26 wins and 12 losses including 10 victories in his rookie season after taking over for an injured Rex Grossman.

This season Orton has completed 63.0% of his passes for 1,236 yards, 7 touchdowns, and a quarterback rating of 97.4 to complement his 5-0 record after being traded to the Broncos this past April.

Is Kyle Orton a top 10 quarterback? I don't know, but he's certainly playing like one.
