Although the Cowboys ended the day 3-2, it was definately not a good way to do it.

All through the last couple of years with Wade Philips, the drive to win has not exactly been there.

The game against the Chiefs showed exactly how careless the Cowboys are.

Tony Romo  finally had a decent game, and the Offensive penalties haunted him. continually throughout the game the whistle was blowing against the offensive players. Tony Romo and Miles Austin had good games, and Austin broke a Cowboys record with 250 receiving yards HIMSELF.

The Cowboys need somebody who will yell at them, and grab there helmet. Instead they have the media friendly Wade Philips who NO MATTER WHAT will try to tell you the good about the game.

Jerry Jones needs to let go of Wade and pick up a hard nosed coach who isn't afraid of chewing somebody out.

The Cowboys have amazing talent, now they need to put that talent on the field.
