Vince Carter continued to defy Father Time in the Grizzlies' playoff opener when he got the ball on a first-quarter fast break and slammed it Saturday night at AT&T Center.

The 40-year-old veteran is the oldest player to start a playoff game since Dikembe Mutombo, who did it for the Houston Rockets in 2008, per Grizzlies PR.
