The Oklahoma City Thunder didn't plan any special activities for the return of Kevin Durant, much to the disappointment of the Golden State Warriors.

According to Chris Haynes of ESPN.com, the Warriors are "furious and bewildered" at the lack of support for Durant, who spent his first nine years with the franchise before signing with Golden State this season.

The forward scored 34 points in a 130-114 win over the Thunder on February 11, but he will be out with a knee injury for the second trip to the Chesapeake Energy Arena on Monday.

As Haynes noted, the Warriors think the lack of support from the front office "contributed to the raw emotions, outrage and indignation that created an unsettling, hostile atmosphere for a player many consider to be the franchise's all-time best."

Thunder general manager Sam Presti provided a statement on Durant, via Royce Young of ESPN.com:

Durant was drafted by the Seattle SuperSonics in 2007 before the franchise moved to Oklahoma City in 2008. Over the next eight years, he was selected to seven All-Star games, was named first-team All-NBA five times and won one MVP award.

The Thunder are currently in sixth place in the Western Conference without the 28-year-old superstar this season.
