Navy (-11.0) 31 RICE 17

Over/Under Total: 54.5

Rice doesn't defend the run well (5.7 yards per rushing play allowed to teams that would average 5.1 yprp against an average team) and Navy is tough to beat if they can run against you.

Navy usually beats up on bad teams and the Midshipmen are 23-5 ATS when facing a team with a losing record and not laying more than 14 points.

Rice is struggling offensively without starting quarterback Fanuzzi (he's questionable) and I'll side with Navy even if Fanuzzi plays.
