Hey folks, we are back and still hitting it with the Big NBA News. Still some more grueling rumors you'd want to die for. It seems that Stephen Jackson still isn't done with his trading demands.

Rumors are really starting to spark up with him going to the Cavs. It actually might happen, but who will he be traded for? Read on to find out.

And also, will we be seeing Rafer Alston traded as well? Plus, it seems like Shaquille O'Neal may be a sheriff.

Shaq Is a Sheriff?

SAN ANTONIO - APRIL 29: Shaquille O'Neal #32 of the Phoenix Suns leaves the court after an 92-87 loss to the San Antonio Spurs to lose the series 4-1 in Game Five of the Western Conference Quarterfinals during the 2008 NBA Playoffs at the AT&T Center on

It was reported that the Cleveland Cavaliers' center Shaquille O'Neal met with the Cuyahoga County Sheriffs Department. The press asked what was all of that about but Shaq refused to answer.

"I don't know what you're talking about," he told The News-Herald. "Undercover officers aren't allowed to talk about what's going on."

Now is the NBA really getting that crazy or what? First, you see him

in a speedo

, and now you see him dealing with the freaking police. This is just crazy, but heck, who can blame him.

He's known for doing crazy stuff.

Nets Need Small Forwards To Improve

NEW YORK - MARCH 18: Jarvis Hayes #22 of the New Jersey Nets looks on against the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden March 18, 2009 in New York City. NOTE TO USER: User expressly acknowledges and agrees that, by downloading and/or using this Photogr

The Nets small forwards have not been helping all that much for their team. Last season, their starters at that spot were held scoreless or put up only three points. Those stuff happened on 22 occasions!

"It's unfair to say you didn't get much because we had the highest scoring backcourt in the league," coach Lawrence Frank said. "Unless you're averaging 105 a game someone's got to sacrifice. It's going to be different this year. We don't have Vince Carter. It will be spread out more. Let's give it a fair evaluation."

This year, the small forwards are going to have to come up strong. I'm talking to you Bobby Simmons, Jarvis Hayes, Terrence Williams, and Chris Douglas Roberts.

Marbury Still Looking For a Job

ORLANDO, FL - MAY 08: Stephon Marbury #8 of the Boston Celtics reacts against the Orlando Magic in Game Three of the Eastern Conference Semifinals during the 2009 NBA Playoffs at Amway Arena on May 8, 2009 in Orlando, Florida. The Magic defeated the Celt

It appears that Stephon Marbury is still looking to play in the NBA. After he rejected a $1.3M offer to the Boston Celtics, he thought he'd find a bigger contract in free agency. It appears that is not the case.

Marbury says he is still playing but he will only sign with a playoff contender. Looks like there won't be that much interest then. But let's hope he finds a job, even though he doesn't even have an agent.

Can Landry Make the Knicks Roster?

BOISE, ID - MARCH 22: Forward Marcus Landry #1 of the Wisconsin Badgers dunks the ball against the Xavier Musketeers during the second round of the NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Tournament at the Taco Bell Arena on March 22, 2009 in Boise, Idaho. (Ph

Marcus Landry is playing well in Knicks training camp, but is it enough to make the team? The 6'7" athlete barely made it through the cuts last week but he's playing really tough and strong at practice right now.

"That's the kind of player we need," Walsh said.

I think he'll make it.

Krstic Looking Good

BOSTON - NOVEMBER 29: Nenad Krstic #12 of the New Jersey Nets is defended by Paul Pierce #34 of the Boston Celtics on November 29, 2006 at the TD Banknorth Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. The Nets defeated the Celtics, 106-103. NOTE TO USER: User expres

Nenad Krstic feels like his oldself again. He's playing like the decent athlete he was back in 2006 after battling through injuries and nonsense lately.

"I feel like I'm my old self," Krstic tells The Oklahoman. "I'm already two years with no more injuries. My weight is getting down. I want to be 260 pounds. That's what I was before the injury. Right now, I'm at 265. My body fat percentage is down. I'm close. I feel good. ... I'm in the best shape I've been since I was injured. Getting a full season here will help me get back to where I was three years ago."

Let's how he does this season.

Rafer Alston+Trade=Good

ORLANDO, FL - JUNE 14: Rafer Alston #1 of the Orlando Magic moves the ball in Game Five of the 2009 NBA Finals against the Los Angeles Lakers on June 14, 2009 at Amway Arena in Orlando, Florida. The Lakers won 99-86. NOTE TO USER: User expressly ackno

After Rafer Alston got traded to the Nets after a stellar season with the Magic, he is now stuck as the third-string point guard in which seems to be that he is also on the worst team in the NBA.

Thus, Alston has requested for a trade.

Says the Star-Ledger:

"Alston may say that he is comfortably ensconced in East Rutherford, but the pending free agent is not likely to finish the year where he starts it. Everyone knows this, because Alston has an agent who does not sit still if a client's earning potential is not maximized. In this particular case, Dan Fegan isn't going to twiddle his thumbs while teams from Sacramento to Philadelphia are in need of a starting-quality point who would otherwise be wasted as a third-stringer on a second-rate team."

Stephen Jackson Off to Cleveland?

DALLAS - JANUARY 28: Stephen Jackson #1 of the Golden State Warriors during play against the Dallas Mavericks on January 28, 2008 at American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas. NOTE TO USER: User expressly acknowledges and agrees that, by downloading and

I have read from many sources the Golden State Warriors are in talks with the Cleveland Cavaliers regarding Stephen Jackson wanting to be traded. The rumor states that Jackson could go to Cleveland as the Warriors get to claim Zydrunas Ilgauskas.

Other rumors have sparked up that Delonte West and Anthony Parker might play a role in the trade. Things are really heating up right now, but this trade-scenario will be very interesting.
