Ryan Zimmerman has missed the Nats' last seven games with a shoulder injury. It was being described as “soreness,” but it seems to be a bit more serious than that.

Chico at the Journal is saying it’s a “small labral tear.” I have no clue what a “labral” is, but it sounds like one of those weird parts of the female reproductive system that still perplexes me. Chico also reminds us of the team’s overcrowded DL, which features many of the Nats' “star” players (Nick Johnson, Chad Cordero, Ronnie Belliard, that stupid, piece of shit, douchebag catcher who still hasn’t

But hey, Father’s Day is coming up, so it’s a better time than ever to get your Mr. Walk-Off t-shirts...oh, screw it. Buy the Zorn Star. He might lose, but at least he won’t go on the DL.
