What a salute to 13 years of the great man's leadership. A vintage performance to warm the hearts of all and sundry including Arsene Wenger. Fabregas had probably the performance of the season by any player throughout the premier league.

The best part of the game was the goals, all were brilliant and typical Arsenal goals. A perfect weekend, a great way of acknowledging Wenger's contribution and to top it all even the great man was in the stands to see his beloved team put up a show. Way to go Gunners

The 4-3-2-1 (many call it 4-3-3, but i think its pretty much 4-3-2-1)...looks set now...with Rosicsky back, and Diaby obviously now understanding that his role will be more to provide support to Song...Fab is getting all the liberty to push forward!!

Diaby had a very very good game...I think he should set in more to the defensive role...and since he has attacking instincts, he can always fill the gap created by Cesc moving up...the criss-cross movement of Cesc and Rosicksky was a delight to watch!!!

My ratings

Cesc 10/10
Song 10/10
Vermaelen - 8/10
Diaby - 8/10
Rosicsky - 8/10
Arshavin - 7/10

There will be goals goals n goals in all arsenal games this time...Wenger is compensating for last season I guess!!

Defence Needs Concern

Our attack and passing game is too good.
but our full backs pushed too forward.
second goal (Blackburn):

Sagna, Clichy pushed forward
Song was a little late in coming back.
One long clearance bet al except two.
it became three on two for them.
but our passing game is too good that every time they went forward they looked like scoring :)

The Bottom-line

Except for little problem in defence, every thing else was perfect. If we do not lose any of our players to injuries this season, that is enough to win titles. Gallas seems to be tired and deserves some rest now.

The reason why we conceded is simple. The defense was too high. First free kick, the distance Vermaelen and co had to cover to head the ball was a lot. Plus Mannone didn't move like he did when Robinson sent another one in the box.
