Racial Equality in the NFL

In my opinion, football has progressed the most in terms of racism. It appears to me that there is a great player of each color playing in every position.

Vince Young is a superb player in a position mostly dominated by white players. Nick Goings can really pound the ball up the middle. Drew Bennett isn’t a bad wide receiver.

A couple years ago, two African-American coaches lead their teams to the Super Bowl. 

I feel that the best players really do get the best spots in today's football teams.  With so much on the line, and the teams being so competitive, there really isn't any room for bigots, racists, or other intolerant people.

The best players will always rise to the top of the athletic world.
