On Sunday Valentino Rossi dominated the World MotoGP race at Mugello, Italy —for the seventh time in a row. The 29-year-old Italian rider has said that Mugello is his favorite track and it shows. He made passes where nobody else made passes and looked amazingly smooth on his Yamaha.

From the start it was an amazing race. Rossi was in a three rider break away with Dani Pedrossa and defending world champion Casey Stoner. The racing was intense but Rossi made the passes look easy and shot out to a big lead in front of the crowd of over 95,000 crazy Italians.

It is truly amazing that he can win seven times in a row on one track. Last season his motorcycle never seemed fast enough to win on other tracks but he managed to win at Mugello. He is so good at this track it is almost unfair to the other riders. I know I would not want to race him at Mugello. You might as well just give him first and just have a race for second.

The event was great besides Rossi winning seven in a row. The crowd was fantastic. The racing was even better. If the rest of the season's races are like this one, we are in for one great summer of MotoGP racing.

Side note: The motorcycle racing section is brand new. I contacted B/R about it so all you motorcycle fans get writing!!!
