The NBA just put out its annual survey of league general managers, and wouldn’t you know it; the Washington Wizards may not be such a bad team by their standards.

The Wiz have been voted most improved by a wide margin, which means that either Flip Saunders is a good head coach, Gilbert Arenas is that great of a scoring threat, or by their powers combined, the Wizards can become the fourth-seed in the Eastern Conference.

By an even wider margin, the Wizards were the second-favorite to win the Southeast Division behind Orlando.

Nice. At least people are paying attention.
