Some of the NHL's best talent is 20 years old or younger—meaning they can play professional hockey, but cannot drink beer.

The greatest thing about this is we get to see young players mature over the course of their careers.

As of today, there are 13 players on Western Conference teams that are 20 or younger. More players will show up throughout the season.

The best of these players is Patrick Kane (Chicago).

Let's look at a breakdown of these young players:

Name                                                    NHL Experience
Patrick Kane (Chicago), 20                  164 games
Sam Gagner (Edmonton), 19                 156 games
Jakub Voracek (Columbus), 20              82 games
Mikkel Boedker (Phoenix), 19                79 games
Drew Doughty (Los Angeles), 19           82 games
Luca Sbisa (Anaheim), 19                      40 games
