Moving On Up With ESPN

Recently, a lot of you have been asking me about what's going on here, and since Rob Neyer has already broke the silence over at SweetSpot, I figure it's about time that I post a short blurb about what has taken place.

Apart from the obvious, there's honestly nothing to explain. Memories Of Kevin Malone has joined ESPN as an affiliate through the SweetSpot Network.

It all started with an e-mail from Rob, and since I try not to get overly positive about anything, I thought it was one of you jokesters pulling a prank on me. Fortunately though, it was a very real opportunity, and i'm pleased that everything worked out in the end. More than that though, I was surprised that anybody in the mainstream knew this site existed. Needless to say, i'm excited about the opportunity, so i'm going to run with it.

For all you long time readers/commenters that helped me get to this point, let me just say that not much will change at all, so don't worry about that angle.
