He doesn't live in Cleveland, he doesn't even live in the USA.
It seems he doesn't give a rat's butt about the Browns.
He makes major decisions in an apparent vacuum.
If everything that the Browns fans feel about him are true, does this make him a bad owner? Or is he the smartest owner in the NFL?
He owns a team who's rabid fans fill the stadium every week in spite of 40 years of a bad product so why should he spend money to win!
He doesn't have to live in a nasty city and face the day to day repercussions of the Browns performances!
Brilliant business man?
