Some people run away from the pressure, others step up and let their opinions be known. Me? I am the type of guy that’s likes a pressure cooker: I hide from nobody and I back down from no challenge.
Clearly, NHL hockey is one of the toughest sports to predict. Fatigue, injuries, momentum, history, rivalry, and bad bounces can all contribute to a team’s collapse, but, unlike some sports, there is always a winner.
Over the entire NHL season I will, for what it’s worth, do my best to pick the winners of each NHL game. It’s no easy task and I am sure I will eat my fair share of crow and be proven wrong more times than I care to count.
Mehh, what the heck...like I said, someone’s gotta put themselves out there, might as well be me, right?
After going zero out of for four on the first night of NHL competition and 2-2 last night, it can only get better for me. Here is a look at my pick’s for tonight’s games:
