I am not particularly writing about a specific college team, stats or anything of the sort, but rather the atmosphere that comes with the great game of college football. And here in the south it doesn't get any better than this.

As I sit out here on my back porch sipping a glass of Georgia sweet tea, I can't help but be happy. College flags are flying, the pigskin is being tossed and there are talks of the next great football team to dominate the NCAA this year.

Who that team may be we can not determine yet. There have been an enormous amount of upsets so far and I am sure there are more to come.

There have also been some personal team upsets. Stafon Johnson's injury hurts too much to describe and the where abouts of Tebow's come back this weekend are unknown. Prayers go out to both of them.

But be excited for this year of football. The air is cool and crisp and makes College ball what it is; indescribable.
