Let tell you a bit about myself.
I live in the west part of the Bay Area (45 minutes from the big city of San Francisco). I follow the NFL. I am a RAIDER fan. I am NOT a Forty-Niner fan.
A lot of people ask me why I'm a Raider fan, I simply reply, "we have the real fans," or something like that.
But that's not the only thing I'm questioned about most.
"Why aren't you a 49er fan?"
1. Their next move
I hear the 40-Whiners are moving to Santa Clara. I can here next year's draft right now..." and with the #? pick, the Santa Clara Forty-Niners select..."
Hold it! The Santa Clara 49ers?!?!?! Hopefully for 49er fans, someone finds gold in Santa Clara.

Funny, I don't see any fake mining supplies (you know, a pan, or a fake shovel) in the 49ers stadium (at the current moment, I'm blanking on what stadium they have, is it still monster park?). Yet, on the other side of the bay, the Raider fans treat their nation with what it deserves, real fans.
3. The QB problem
The QB problem last year for the 49ers was, well...embarrassing.
First, Alex Smith proves he's worth NOTHING but a $1, four-year contract. Next, that same guy gets injured. Then, we get to see what Trent Dilfer, someone who brought many attention in the offseason, can do: nothing.
After that, even though he himself didn't think he had fully recovered, Alex Smith was still put in by coach Mike Nolan, and he wasn't any better. Lastly, Sean Hill, the third stringer gets some wins.
I think the worst thing was that Mr. Hill, A THIRD STRINGer, proved to be better than the first stringer. Does that make sense?
4. No plan B
What if Mr. Third string gets injured? What if Frank Gore (make that Frank Boring) gets injured?
5. Hope
Both the 49ers and the Raiders are coming from bad years. The Raiders have something called 'hope', by adding D-Mac, D. Hall, and technically J-Russ.
And the 40-Whiners added who?
So there you have it, that's why I'm not a 49er fan.

I have to say... I have some respect for 49niner fans. Any man who can remain loyal to his team with no signs of improvement, no signs of promise... And pretty much a dead future. I like the way Gore runs the ball, he reminds me of Justin Fargas with the amount of heart he puts in each play. But that type of running style proves to be dangerous for backs who run that way... Gore(Injured)...Peterson(Injured)....Fargas(Injured). Although this team took a huge step BACKWARDS last season, they did ONE thing right. That was drafting P-Willice. That mans a monster, but on the other hand if your offense is never on the field, Defensive players are going to be getting a bunch of tackles. Dont even get me started on Smith and Davis... Huge dissapointments thus far. I can't even name one reciever.

Right. "Real" fans who can't even sell out a stadium. Your games are blacked out on TV all the time. I've seen more San Diego, Kansas City, and Denver games on CBS than Raider games. Did you know that Raider fans are 31st in attendance? OUT OF 32 TEAMS! What a bunch of bandwagoners. (you can see for yourself here: http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/attendance) San Francisco, even with a bad team, can still make the middle of the pack. You can't even stay in one city! Oakland, LA, Oakland... probably LA again. Nobody wants you! You're like the bastard step-child of the NFL.
Everyone says "Alex Smith is a bust". Well, you better hope Jamarcus Russell and Darren McFadden do or else thats TWO high draft pick busts in a row for the Raiders and A LOT of money wasted. In the past 5 drafts, the Raiders have had 3 top 5 picks which goes to show how much you guys really suck. The other one was Robert Gallery (taken #2 overall). Yea, real good pick there. He gave up almost 11 sacks in one season making him 4th worst in the league. Only 3 people worse than him in the ENTIRE league. For being picked 2nd overall, THAT'S a bust. So they moved him to guard because he couldn't handle being a tackle. Nice pick!
Name a Raider draft pick whose been to the pro bowl in the past 5 years. None huh?? You're only pro bowler last year was Derrick Burgess and he was drafted by the Eagles! The 49ers? Frank Gore, Andy Lee, and Patrick Willis.
You Raider fans are so ignorant. Why do you all try to compare to the 49ers so much? Do you even know why you're really supposed to not like the 49ers?? We're not in the same division or even in the same conference! We only play every 4 years in the regular season and in a bunch of meaningless pre-season games (which we've have won the past 2 years). Oh, and do I even have to mention that we have more NFL championships?? "Hope" is exactly just that until you win. So until you get another ring, whether you win 1 game or 16 games, it doesn't matter. Just ask the Patriots.

We Raider Fans, David share a special connection with our team that I personally believe other fans doesnt relish with their teams! You just have a passion for the silver & black becasue... you just do, you're born with it! The "commitment to excellence" and "pride & poise" runs through your veins fresh and hard every single day! The mystique, opposition, struggles, "never quit and dominate" nature of the team just lives within me and in other fans worldwide. We Members of Raider Nation choose to rally with our team through its hardships and most harsh of times and maybe thats why you haters see so many of articles at the "Most Viewed" category every day, week, month, etc; Simply because we believe!
Next time you Niner Whiners complain to us that we are ignorant and stubborn unable to realize our team's losing ways, think about your own team first pleaseee!

As a true SF Bay Area native, I'm a Forty Niner and Raider fan! GO NINERS! GO RAIDERS!
You can always spot a tourist, they only like one of the teams in the bay area, but they also like one team from the Central or East Coast, becuase that's where their family is from!
