Top-seeded Oregon jumped all over No. 2 seed Utah right from the outset, rolling to an 88-57 win Saturday night in the Pac-12 tournament title game in Las Vegas.
The Ducks (28-6) forced 13 first-half turnovers to take a 17-point lead after 20 minutes and kept the foot on the gas during the second half. All told, Oregon scored 28 points off 20 giveaways by Utah (26-8), which was vying for its first conference title since joining the league in 2011.
Tyler Dorsey led all scorers with 23 points for Oregon, which also got 18 points from Dillon Brooks and 15 from Chris Boucher. Utah had 13 points from Jakob Poeltl.
