Kevin Durant will be a free agent in the summer, and the Golden State Warriors are reportedly a favorite to lure him away from the Oklahoma City Thunder, according to The Vertical's Adrian Wojnarowski.
The Warriors and Thunder met Thursday night at Oracle Arena, and Royce Young of ESPN.com pointed out the former league MVP and Golden State head coach Steve Kerr were having a chat during the game.
When asked what they were talking about, the NBA champion head coach wouldn't say much, per Ethan Strauss of ESPN.com:

Kerr, however, did resort to his sense of humor, per Rusty Simmons of the San Francisco Chronicle:
The defending NBA champions defeated the Thunder, 121-106, and improved to 55-5 on the year. Golden State may have the salary-cap room to offer Durant a max contract next year, and Michael Bohlin of 247Sports thought the conversation went something like this:
NBA free agency is less than four months away. Until then, Durant's next destination will continue to be a topic of discussion, and there's plenty of time to overly dissect every Durant rumor that comes up.
