The team rolled out the dish in honor of its veteran forward, dubbing it the "Dirkburger."
The third-pounder is served on a Bavarian pretzel bun, a tip of the hat to the 7-footer's German roots. It's topped with "some leaves" (otherwise known as arugula) as well as jalapeño beer cheese, bacon onion marmalade and mustard horseradish aioli.
The Dirkburger will be offered exclusively throughout the month of March.
