Gabe York's three-pointer with 17.9 seconds left capped an 11-0 game-ending run, giving No. 18 Arizona a 64-61 home win over 25th-ranked California in Pac-12 play on Thursday night.
York, who was scoreless in the first half, finished with 19 points on 8-of-13 shooting. All three of his made three-pointers were in the final 2:37.
Cal's Tyrone Wallace missed a jumper on its final possession, with Kaleb Tarczewski making two foul shots with 0.7 seconds left to seal the victory.
Arizona (22-7, 11-6) avoided its first three-game losing streak in six years, while the Golden Bears (21-9, 11-6) had its seven-game win streak snapped.
Arizona also got 18 points and 10 rebounds from Ryan Anderson, while Tarczewski finished with 10 points and 12 boards. Ivan Rabb had 15 points and 13 boards for Cal in the loss.
